1. General rules

This Returns Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions. Your rights depend on whether you purchase as a Consumer (B2C) or Business (B2B).

2. B2C: withdrawal for non-personalised products

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving reasons (applies to non-personalised products only).

  • Send a withdrawal statement to contact@ultrasshop.com with your order number.
  • Return the product unused and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer.

3. Personalised / custom-made products

Personalised and custom-made products are generally non-returnable and excluded from statutory withdrawal rights, as they are manufactured to your specific requirements.

30-minute grace period: You may request cancellation or correction within 30 minutes after order confirmation, before our production lines start moving.

4. Defects & incorrect items

If your order arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately (preferably within 14 days). Provide clear photos or video evidence. Depending on the case, we will offer a repair, replacement, reprint, or refund.

5. How to request a return/claim

Email us at contact@ultrasshop.com and include:

  • Order number & Full name
  • Description of the issue
  • Evidence: Photos or video of the product and packaging.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing time depends on the provider (Mollie/Stripe/PayPal) and your bank. Deductions may apply if the goods are returned with a reduced value due to use.

7. B2B rules

  • Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B purchases.
  • Custom goods are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Claims must be made promptly (recommended within 7–14 days of receipt).
