1. Definitions
- Website/Store – the ULTRASSHOP online store operated by ULTRASSHOP Mariusz Nowak.
- Customer – any person or entity using the Website and/or placing an order.
- Consumer (B2C) – a natural person acting outside business/professional activity.
- Business Customer (B2B) – a purchaser acting within business activity (incl. wholesale, reseller, drop-shipper).
- Product – goods sold through the Store.
- Personalised/Custom-made Product – produced to Customer specifications (e.g., based on uploaded design).
- Content – artwork, files, images, text, product data submitted by Customer.
- Working day – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Poland.
2. Scope, Priority & Updates
This document combines rules for B2C and B2B transactions worldwide.
- If you purchase as a Consumer, sections marked B2C apply.
- If you purchase as a Business Customer, sections marked B2B apply.
Priority: (1) these Terms, (2) product descriptions/specifications on the Store, (3) linked policies (Delivery/Returns/Privacy/Cookies). If mandatory local law grants you stronger rights, those rights prevail.
We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of order applies to that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

- Orders may be placed by persons aged 18+, or by minors with explicit parental/legal guardian consent.
- If an account is used, you must keep login credentials secure and are responsible for actions under the account.
- We may suspend/refuse service in case of fraud, abuse, prohibited content, or breach of these Terms.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
- A binding contract is formed when we send order confirmation (email and/or store status confirmation).
- You are responsible for correct billing/shipping data and order specifications (including uploaded files).
- We may refuse/cancel an order for justified reasons (e.g., prohibited content, obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, non-payment, technical malfunction).
5. Pricing, Currency, Taxes
- Prices are displayed in the selected currency. Currency conversion fees may be charged by banks/payment providers.
- VAT is applied and shown according to the rules applicable to the destination and customer status (B2C/B2B).
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
- For destinations outside the EU, import taxes/duties may apply under local rules and are typically paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise.
- Promo codes: usually one code per order; no retroactive discounts unless required by law.
6. Secure Payments
Available payment methods may include Mollie, Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer (availability may vary by country and checkout settings).
- We do not store full card data. Payment providers process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Bank transfer orders are typically processed after funds are received.
- Where permitted, we may hold or cancel orders in case of unpaid amounts or chargeback/fraud indicators.
7. Customer Content, File Quality & IP
Permissions: By submitting Content, you confirm you own or have permission to use it (copyright, trademarks, privacy/labour of persons in images) and to allow us to manufacture Products using it.
Licence for fulfilment: You retain ownership of your Content. You grant ULTRASSHOP a non-exclusive licence to process, technically modify and reproduce the Content solely to manufacture and fulfil your order and provide customer support.
File quality: You are responsible for spelling, layout, resolution, colour choices and technical correctness. Customer-approved mistakes do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Prohibited content: Illegal/infringing content, hate/discrimination, incitement to violence, pornography, defamation and other unlawful materials are not allowed. We may refuse orders and act as required by law.
Indemnity: You indemnify ULTRASSHOP against third-party claims arising from Content infringement or unlawful use.

Personalised/custom-made Products are produced to your specifications (including uploaded designs). In many jurisdictions such products are excluded from statutory withdrawal rights. Mandatory local rights (if applicable) remain unaffected.
8.1 30-minute grace period (commercial policy)
- Within 30 minutes after order confirmation you may request cancellation or correction by contacting us.
- After production starts, cancellation or design changes are not possible.
- Where permitted by law, reasonable costs may be retained if work/materials were already used.
8.2 Print/colour notes
- Colours may vary between screen and final print due to calibration and materials.
- Enlarging non-vector files may reduce sharpness; use high-resolution files where possible.
9. Production, Quality & Tolerances
- Production timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed in writing.
- Industry-standard tolerances apply (e.g., minor size/colour variation due to materials and production methods).
- Product photos are illustrative; minor differences may occur between batches and updates.
10. Delivery (Worldwide)
Delivery dates are estimates. We aim to meet them but cannot guarantee exact dates.
- Address accuracy: You must provide correct address/phone/email. Failed deliveries due to incorrect data may create additional costs.
- Tracking: Tracking is provided where available. Some services/countries may have limited tracking.
- Customs: Outside the EU, customs checks may cause delays beyond our control.
- Duties/taxes: For non-EU shipments, import duties/taxes may apply according to local law and are typically paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise.

11.1 Non-personalised products
Where applicable by law, Consumers may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving reasons.
- Send a withdrawal statement to contact@ultrasshop.com (include order number).
- Return the Product unused and undamaged within the legally required timeframe after notice.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
11.2 Personalised products
Personalised/custom-made Products are generally excluded from withdrawal rights (see Section 8), unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

↑ Back to top12. B2B – Wholesale / Business Rules
For Business Customers (B2B):
- Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to B2B transactions.
- Buyer is responsible for providing correct invoice/VAT data and ensuring compliance in the target market.
- Custom/made-to-spec goods are generally non-returnable unless defective or non-conforming.
- Claims should be submitted promptly with evidence (recommended within 7–14 days of receipt), unless a different timeframe is mandatory by law or agreed in writing.
13. Drop-shipping (B2B)
- The Reseller is the seller of record to the end customer.
- ULTRASSHOP acts solely as manufacturer and fulfilment provider.
- We are not a party to the reseller–end customer contract.
- The Reseller is responsible for end-customer service, local consumer law compliance, taxes/VAT and platform compliance in the destination market(s).
- Reseller warrants it has worldwide rights to all Content and that Products/marketing comply with local laws.
14. Complaints, Defects, Remedies
Report issues as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of delivery) to contact@ultrasshop.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos/video
- Packaging photos (if transit damage)
Depending on the case and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund or full refund.

- No illegal content or infringement (copyright, trademark, privacy/personality rights).
- No hate/discrimination, incitement to violence, pornography, defamation.
- No malicious code, hacking attempts, scraping, or actions disrupting the Website.
16. Liability & Force Majeure
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ULTRASSHOP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections where applicable).
Force majeure: ULTRASSHOP is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, courier disruption, customs delays, IT outages).

18. Disputes, ODR (EU), Governing Law
ODR (EU): EU Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Governing law: These Terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the Customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
B2B jurisdiction: For B2B transactions, Polish courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise or parties agree otherwise in writing.
