Mollie enables secure processing of cards and local payment methods. Mollie performs fraud screening and triggers 3D Secure / SCA where required by your bank.

Stripe securely processes card payments worldwide. If authentication (SCA) is not completed, the payment may be declined by the provider for your protection.

4. PayPal

When choosing PayPal, you will be redirected to their platform. PayPal may apply its own verification and risk checks before confirming the transaction.

We use HTTPS encryption for all transactions. No full card details (number/CVV) are stored on our servers. All data processing complies with GDPR and PCI DSS standards.

7. Fraud prevention & verification

Orders flagged as high risk by our providers may be delayed or require manual verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

8. Chargebacks & disputes

In case of a dispute, we provide full evidence (tracking, delivery confirmation) to the provider. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing can take 3-10 business days depending on your bank and the provider used.

10. Currency, fees & availability

Prices are shown in the selected currency. Your bank may apply conversion fees. Some payment methods may be unavailable for specific countries or order amounts. If a payment fee applies to the method you choose, it is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Which payment methods does ULTRASSHOP.COM accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, local methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Swish, BLIK, Przelewy24, MB WAY, Multibanco, Satispay and Trustly, and bank transfer. The methods you see at checkout depend on your country and order value.

Can I pay with Klarna?

Yes. Klarna is offered at checkout in the countries where Klarna provides its service. You are redirected to Klarna to complete the payment.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Mollie or Stripe with 3D Secure / SCA authentication. ULTRASSHOP.COM never sees or stores your full card number or CVV.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Choose bank transfer at checkout and send the amount to our account in EUR, CHF or GBP, with your order number in the transfer reference. Your order is processed once the payment has been credited.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Depending on your bank and the payment provider, this takes 3 to 10 business days.
