1. Processing & production time

Production/processing times are estimates. Personalised/custom-made products usually require additional time. We start production after payment confirmation unless agreed otherwise.

We ship worldwide where carriers/services are available. Certain destinations may be excluded due to local restrictions or logistics constraints.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment and depend on destination, weight/volume, and selected service. We provide real-time rates via courier API.

4. Delivery times (estimates)

Delivery times displayed are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather, strikes, customs inspections, or carrier disruption.

5. Tracking

Tracking is provided where available. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an official tracking link to monitor your parcel.

6. Customs, duties, import taxes

  • European Union: Generally, no customs duties apply within the EU single market.
  • Outside EU: Import VAT, duties, and brokerage fees may apply according to local law. These are typically paid by the recipient.
  • Customs processing may cause unexpected delays beyond our control.

7. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect data, refusal or non-collection, additional costs may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of both the packaging and products immediately. Contact us at contact@ultrasshop.com. Keep all packaging for carrier investigation.

9. Split shipments

In some cases (availability, production workflow, large orders) orders may ship in multiple parcels. If this happens, we will provide tracking for each package where available.
