1. What is Trusted Shops?
Trusted Shops is a European trustmark for online shops, founded in Cologne in 1999 and used by tens of thousands of shops across Europe. A shop may carry the trustmark only after passing an audit of the Trusted Shops quality criteria.
The audit covers, among other things, transparent prices and delivery costs, correct legal texts (terms and conditions, right of withdrawal, privacy policy), data protection, secure payment and the handling of deliveries, returns and complaints. The certificate is reviewed regularly, and shops that no longer meet the criteria lose it.
↑ Back to top2. Why ULTRASSHOP.COM is certified
ULTRASSHOP.COM has carried the Trusted Shops trustmark since October 2026 for its German, English, French and Dutch shop versions. The Swedish version is being certified.
Before certification, Trusted Shops reviewed our terms and conditions, returns policy, delivery information, privacy policy and checkout process and asked us to adjust several details, for example the wording of the right of withdrawal and the delivery time information. We produce flags, scarves, stickers and fan clothing ourselves in the EU, and the certificate confirms that the way we sell is as reliable as what we make.

Every order placed in a certified language version is covered by Trusted Shops buyer protection. It is free of charge for you: after completing your order you can activate it with one click in the Trusted Shops window.
If your order does not arrive, or a refund you are entitled to after a withdrawal is not paid, Trusted Shops reimburses the purchase price up to €2,500 per order. Buyer protection is provided by Trusted Shops independently of us, so you have a second contact point if anything goes wrong.

After your order has been shipped you can receive an invitation to rate ULTRASSHOP.COM. Invitations are sent only to customers who have agreed to it at checkout, and only verified purchases can be rated.
Reviews are published by Trusted Shops. We can reply to them, but we cannot edit or delete them. The rating shown in our header and on the home page is loaded directly from Trusted Shops and updates automatically. All reviews on Trusted Shops.

If you tick the review box at checkout, we transmit your e-mail address and order number to Trusted Shops for the sole purpose of sending one review invitation. Without your consent no data is transmitted, and you can still use buyer protection.

What does Trusted Shops certified mean?
The shop passed an independent audit of the Trusted Shops quality criteria (legal texts, prices, data protection, delivery and returns) and is allowed to show the Trusted Shops trustmark. The certificate is reviewed regularly.
Is buyer protection free?
Yes. You activate it after your order in the Trusted Shops window. It costs nothing and covers up to €2,500 per order.
What does buyer protection cover?
Non-delivery of your order and refunds you are entitled to after a withdrawal that are not paid. Trusted Shops reimburses the purchase price up to €2,500.
Can ULTRASSHOP.COM delete negative reviews?
No. Reviews are hosted by Trusted Shops. We can reply publicly, but we cannot edit or remove them.
In which languages is ULTRASSHOP.COM certified?
German, English, French and Dutch. The Swedish version is being certified. In other languages you buy from the same company under the same terms, but without Trusted Shops buyer protection.
How do I check the certificate?
Click the trustmark in the header or open our profile on the Trusted Shops website. The profile shows the certificate status and all reviews.
