How we collect reviews
- Only customers who have placed an order and agreed at checkout receive an invitation to rate us. There are no other ways to leave a review.
- Reviews are hosted by Trusted Shops. We can reply to them, but we cannot change or remove them.
- The German, English, French and Dutch shop versions are Trusted Shops certified, and orders placed there are covered by buyer protection.

On our Trusted Shops profile, linked from this page and from the footer of every page. The rating and the number of reviews shown here are read from Trusted Shops automatically.
How do I leave a review?
After your order has been shipped you receive an invitation from Trusted Shops, provided you agreed to it at checkout. The review is linked to your order, so only real customers can rate us.
Can ULTRASSHOP.COM delete negative reviews?
No. Reviews are stored by Trusted Shops. We can only reply publicly, and we do so when a problem needs explaining.
Does ULTRASSHOP.COM still use Trustpilot?
Until September 2026 we collected reviews on Trustpilot. Since October 2026 all review invitations go through Trusted Shops, because we wanted reviews only from verified orders and independent buyer protection. The old profile remains visible but is no longer maintained.
Where do I report a problem with my order?
Write to shop@ultrasshop.com. We answer directly and resolve the issue before it ends up in a review.
