Do the custom pillows come with a removable cover?
Yes. Our custom ultras pillows feature a discreet, heavy-duty zipper. This allows you to easily remove the printed pillowcase for washing while keeping the high-rebound, anti-allergic filling inside perfectly intact.
Will the colors fade if the pillow is kept in a car window?
No. We use advanced CMYK sublimation technology and UV-resistant inks. The colors are permanently bonded deep into the fabric fibers, meaning they will survive constant exposure to sunlight in your car or fan club headquarters without fading.
How should I wash the printed pillowcase?
Remove the cover using the zipper, turn it inside out, and wash it at 30°C. Do not use bleach or tumble dry. Because the group design is sublimated directly into the material, it will never crack, peel, or wash out like cheap iron-on transfers.
Can we order custom-shaped pillows, like our crew's crest?
While our standard and most popular size is the classic 40x40 cm square, as a direct manufacturer, we have the production capacity to create custom-shaped pillows for large wholesale orders. Contact our B2B team with your vector design to discuss the technical possibilities.
Are there design limits for the front and back?
Absolutely zero limits. You can have a highly detailed, photographic tifo design on the front and a classic, bold crew slogan on the back. We print both sides in full HD color at no extra cost to your fan club.
