Flag Fabric Roll 100m (150m2)

The flag in digital printing is made of our selected Flagtex polyester fabric in the grammage 70 grams / m². Our fabrics are characterized by their good workmanship, a strong tear resistance, the identical slightly glossy coloring and a smooth surface structure. In addition, the fabrics are weatherproof and can be used for indoor and outdoor use. The swivel flag impresses with the low price without having to accept losses in quality. The printing as well as the packaging takes place in our Eastern European production. The print data check is limited to the pure feasibility / printability of the graphic (size check). No color values ??or the quality of the graphic (resolution) are made. For this we refer to our premium segment. With our textile direct printing machines, we are able to reproduce all color values, photos and color gradients brilliantly. The color design takes place in the CMYK process and is applied to the fabric on one side in the textile deflector. The ink used is water-based and therefore environmentally friendly. This is fixed after the order on the textile with about 180 degrees. The printed image on the back is therefore mirrored and almost identical in terms of color. The flag is sewn with overlock seam / simple industrial seam without cut seam. The max. Print width is 310 cm. It is offered only in fixed sizes. The flag is also available with the property of low flammability according to EN 13501-1. For this please select "Flag digital printed standard flame retardant" in the category Swing vanes. The size of the flag seam adapts to the size of the flag and therefore the necessary flagpole. The end of the flag border is closed and reinforced accordingly. Custom-made products in special colors, sizes or quantities can be produced on request in our in-house textile factory. Please note the corresponding care instructions.
